Working Genius is a teamwork and productivity tool created by Patrick Lencioni that increases effectiveness and fulfillment. Describing the various aspects of work using the acronym W-I-D-G-E-T, the model provides practical tools for enhancing teamwork in service to the mission. The model invites self-awareness and others-awareness in a way that is lifegiving and simple to apply to the daily realities of working on a team.
Working Genius moves beyond the workplace walls! The model is applicable for marriages, relationships, and personal development.
